Age-Friendly Health Systems - The 4Ms Framework

The Reimagining LTC webinar series brings people together so they can share with and learn from others facing similar challenges and opportunities in long-term care.

This webinar will discuss the origin and use of the 4Ms Framework and its application in long-term care homes, and how Age-Friendly Health Systems can support existing and future improvement initiatives in long-term care.
