Practising Well Community of Practice

This community of practice -- part of the Practising Well initiative -- was built by family physicians, for family physicians to connect in real time with, and learn from others who are working with patients to address their mental health, substance use disorders and chronic pain.

The Practising Well Community of Practice by family physicians, for family physicians, to connect in real time with, and learn from, others who are working with patients to address their mental health, substance use disorders and chronic pain. The Practising Well Community of Practice is an intentional conversation for shared learning hosted by the OCFP and the DFCM Division of Mental Health and Addictions. The Practising Well Community of Practice is one component of the OCFP’s Practising Well Program.

This one-credit-per-hour Group Learning Program has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for up to 1 Mainpro+Ⓡcredits. The Practising Well Community of Practice Community of Practice includes a series of planned webinars. Each session is worth 1 Mainpro+Ⓡcredits, for up to a total of 12 credits.
